Dr Yulia Dzenkovska is a customer experience and service design expert with over a decade of experience in the industry. She is a Lecturer in Marketing at Newcastle University Business School, where she teaches product and service innovation, as well as other marketing topics. Yulia is also a founder and director of Service Design North Ltd, an agency with a mission to support organisations in designing and innovating services that have a positive impact on people’s lives in the North East of England. Yulia has worked with a variety of businesses to help them improve their marketing and innovation performance.
