An introduction to purpose-driven sales
A session for leaders and founders of purpose-driven companies, to help overcome the barriers to sales, aligning sales with values and practical techniques and processes to maximise success.
This workshop is designed as a way to help organisations to broach the subject of their sales processes, with the goal that more social enterprises can work towards proper self-sufficiency.

This workshop is delivered by Nova Arkney, who spent 10 years in professional sales roles before deciding that she wanted to use her skills for good when she study social entrepreneurship before starting AimHire.
Her work started out with a focus on bringing the transformative power of sales to people to help them to access well paid and rewarding careers, but as she learnt more about the social enterprise landscape, she realised that business leaders are often worried about how they can approach sales without compromising on their values.
This 2-hour interactive workshop is for registered social enterprises in North Tyneside.
Funder: This event is part of the Social Enterprise element of the Business Factory programme, funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund with the North East Combined Authority as the lead authority.
