International Women's Day is fast approaching, and we at the National Innovation Centre for Data are proud and excited to host our annual International Women's Day Data Science Event, which is taking place at The Catalyst on Friday 7th March from 12.30 - 16:00.

This event - which is completely free to attend - will provide you with hands-on, practical skills and knowledge around data science that you can take back to your own organisation and teams.

Our expert data scientists, Dr Antonia Kontaratou, Louise Braithwaite MSc and Dr Georgia Atkinson will take you through a fun, interactive data science session, between 13:00 and 14:45. After this, you will have the opportunity to network with all the other amazing women in attendance.

The International Women's Day Data Science Event is open to anyone who identifies as a woman.

We've aimed to make this event as flexible and accessible as we can, and we'd love to see as many of you there as possible! #AccelerateAction

Data Detectives - Data Detectives: Solve the mystery of stolen artefacts [13:00 - 14:45]​

Become a data detective for the afternoon! Join Antonia, Georgia and Louise for a fun, interactive session where you use data skills to solve the mystery of who stole Ada Lovelace's precious notes.
