This session is applicable to businesses and Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) organisations in the North of Tyne region who are looking to become more sustainable and save money.

The North of Tyne Combined Authority (NTCA) has declared a climate emergency; the evidence is irrefutable but many organisations don’t know how to respond. Along with the need to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, organisations are also facing the challenges of significant increases in energy bills and a cost-of-living crisis. We want to support organisations in their net zero journey and enable them to play their part in tackling climate change and save money. Solutions are in place to help businesses take steps to save on their bills by reducing consumption emissions, enabling them to lead the change to a thriving green economy.

We are pleased to share that we are launching a new sustainability platform for businesses and VCSEs. Zellar is an all-in-one platform with all the tools and support organisations need to embed sustainability, and through our programme we’ll be giving 300 organisations access to Zellar for free for one year, worth £299.
