Sally is a partner at EY and leads the Trade Strategy and Brexit team. She is a leading specialist in trade policy from both a global and UK/EU perspective.
She advises organisations across multiple industries including FTSE 100, Fortune 500, privately owned companies and trade associations. She also has frequent contact with the UK Government and the EU Commission.
Martin Kent
HM Trade Commissioner for Asia Pacific, Department for Business and Trade (DBT)
Martin was appointed His Majesty’s Trade Commissioner (HMTC) for Asia Pacific in September 2023. He joined from an interim posting as the Minister and Deputy Head of Mission in the British Embassy Tokyo.
Martin previously served as a Director within the Department for Business and Trade, prior to which he was HM Deputy Trade Commissioner to Africa, based in the British Embassy Cairo. Martin joined the Civil Service in 2015 as the Deputy Director for Global Operations at UK Trade and Investment (UKTI).
He started his career at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in London and worked mainly overseas with multinational companies, including extended periods in Australia and Singapore.
Louise Cantillon
Consul General and Deputy Trade Commissioner (Australia and New Zealand), Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office
Louise Cantillon took up the role of Consul General in Sydney, and Deputy Trade Commissioner, Australia and New Zealand, in April 2021.
A Chartered Surveyor by background, Louise brings a wealth of international experience in both the public and private sectors to the role.
Other notable past experience includes developing the Helix Park in Scotland that featured the 100ft high award winning Kelpie sculptures, delivering schools under PPP frameworks and setting up facilities for a UK company in China.
Stephen Cartwright
Consul General and Trade Counsellor in Auckland, New Zealand, Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office
Stephen has had various international assignments as a career diplomat for the Foreign Commonwealth & Development Office and the Department for Business & Trade (DBT), including in Germany, Norway, India, Botswana, Hong Kong, and Mexico, as Director for International Trade.
Most recently Stephen has worked in Trade for Development, part of Growth Gateway, supporting two way trade with Africa. He is experienced in government relations, Development, HR, Communications and Marketing and International Trade and Investment.
Robin Hill

Robin is a versatile professional with experience spanning various business sectors, including blue-chip companies and dynamic startups. His journey includes roles at Burton Group, General Electric, and BUPA. Notably, he has ventured into entrepreneurship, establishing startups in Broking and the wholesale Wine Trade. His diverse background reflects a blend of corporate expertise and entrepreneurial spirit.
