Supporting business growth: bridging the digital and green skills gap
Join the North East Chmaber of Commerce for actionable insights and top tips on how businesses of all sizes can develop and retain the digital and green skillsets needed to meet their workforce development requirements and futureproof their businesses for a more sustainable future.
Investing in the evolution of skills during times of continuous change can help to empower workforces and future generations with the digital and green capabilities needed to thrive in an economy which is being led by digital transformation, change and innovation.
Education partners and industry leaders across the North East are working together to tackle skills shortages to futureproof a pipeline of talent, improve employee experiences, drive digital inclusion and help businesses meet their sustainability ambitions.
At this event, delivered in partnership with Northumbria University, you’ll hear from a range of expert speakers, with a full line-up to be announced shortly.
This half-day event will take place in two parts, with a focus on digital, and sustainability skills for the second half. The presentations will be followed by an interactive panel discussion, compered by Rhiannon Bearne, Executive Director of policy and representation at the North East Chamber of Commerce, and an opportunity to network with fellow attendees.
This event is open to both Chamber members and non member businesses.
