Access to Finance specialists will look in depth at Skills Formation, Financial Projections and Legal & IP Management.
Skills Formation
It involves identifying required skill sets, considering cofounders, advisors, and core team members, establishing roles, responsibilities, and communication channels, and officially forming the team.
Financial Projections
Businesses understand financial basics, define financial assumptions, project revenues and expenses, forecast cash flows, evaluate profitability, and document detailed financial projections.
Legal & IP Management
Entrepreneurs understand legal requirements, EIS/SEIS, shareholders agreements, commercial agreements, manage IP rights, apply for necessary patents, trademarks, or copyrights, and complete all legal and IP tasks.
Pathways to Funding North of Tyne is an ecosystem development and access to finance project, receiving £900,000 investment from the North of Tyne Combined Authority’s Investment Fund. The Investment Fund invests £20m annually to promote the economic growth and regeneration of the North of Tyne region.
Pathways to Funding North of Tyne is delivered in partnership by Innovation SuperNetwork, North East Enterprise Agency and North East Growth Hub.
