Arrow short innovation projects are fully-funded and open to businesses based in County Durham, North Tyneside, Newcastle and Northumberland. Arrow matches your business with the expertise and university best suited to your project’s requirements.
Arrow have already helped over 200 businesses in the region innovate, and new funding means that more businesses of all sizes can access a wider range of expertise from across Durham University, Newcastle University, Northumbria University and the University of Sunderland. Organisations who have previously undertaken an Arrow project are also able to apply again.
Arrow is part-funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund through Durham County Council and the North of Tyne Combined Authority (now administered by the North East Combined Authority) as the lead authority in their respective areas.
