Digital Pathfinders is a fully-funded programme that helps businesses, charities and social enterprises across County Durham, Gateshead, Newcastle, North Tyneside, Northumberland, South Tyneside and Sunderland to adopt new technology to drive their organisation's productivity and performance to become more successful and resilient.

• New products and services: Supporting the development of new digital products or services
• Processes and workflows: Improving productivity by automating or digitising work systems
• Digital transformation: Making digital transformation easy to achieve

How it works

Digital Pathfinders offers bespoke support tailored to its clients.

After an initial meeting to understand your organisation, the Digital Pathfinders team will undertake a digital review of your business to identify areas of improvement. This will feed into 12+ hours of one-to-one support to help take your business to the next level.

Is my business eligible?

If the answer to all of the following questions is YES, then you are eligible for the programme:

• Do you have an annual turnover less than £43m?
• Do you have less than 250 employees?
• Is your registered or trading address in Newcastle, Northumberland or North Tyneside?
• Have you accessed less than £300,000 of state aid in the last three years?
• Are you a registered company, CIC or charity?
