Who is the retail expert that will support me on a one-to-one basis?
Alan Dodsworth is a retail specialist. He’ll deliver the Masterclasses and meet you one-to-one. He’s a multi-channel commercial operator with 25+ years retail experience across a diverse product mix and many routes to market.
Alan began his career in store management, subsequently assuming leadership roles across regional, national, and international markets.
More importantly gaining extensive exposure in challenging trading situations such as expansion, turnaround, acquisitions, downsizing and restructuring, brand repositioning as well as transformation and digital disruption.
