InclusionWorks, is a trailblazing initiative delivered in partnership with the North East Combined Authority and Mayor Kim McGuinness.
Free, fully funded training designed to help your organisation—and volunteers—create a more inclusive, supportive, compliant, and to support employers with the tools and confidence to embrace diversity and accessibility.
To get started, we offer a 30-minute introductory session via Microsoft Teams. This visual presentation gives you a quick snapshot of our courses, how they work, and the practical benefits they bring to your organisation. From there, we can tailor in-depth training to meet your specific needs.
Flexible delivery options:

- Workshops lasts 60–90 minutes
- Courses can be combined
- Optional bite size 30 minute sessions available
