Funded by North East Screen Industries Partnership, North East Screen is a regional screen agency for filmmakers, producers and creative professionals looking to start and grow their careers in the industry. The programme provides funding, resources and support with a focus on promoting diversity and inclusiveness in the growing North East Screen industry.
The package of support includes:
- Business Development and Support
- A Skills and Education Service
- Access to finance
The support package offered is primarily for talent and professional development support for home grown freelancers (writers, producer, directors, and artist filmmakers) and connecting experienced crew to job opportunities and, for those starting out and wanting to work in the film and TV industry.
