What is it?

It is a programme that focuses on helping businesses in the North of Tyne area to grow, through the development of them and their team.

Expert business advisor Alan Dodsworth will support delegates through some essential elements of leadership to help take staff forward in a positive and productive way.

What does the package include?

A series of workshops delivered over 4 weeks plus one-to-one support to help you develop yourself or your team. The sessions will cover:

• Leading Through Transformation: Navigating change with Inclusive leadership
• Adapt to Thrive: Building a personal development plan.

How to access the programme

This special programme is only available to trading businesses in Newcastle upon Tyne, North Tyneside and Northumberland.

Who is Alan Dodsworth?

Alan is a multi channel commercial operator with 20+ years senior leadership experience growing turnover and profitability across various routes to markets and channels.

Alan has had exposure to challenging trading environments including business expansion, acquisitions, transformation and turnaround, brand repositioning, and supporting new product launches and incremental revenue streams.
