Skills Bootcamps in Business and Education

A common theme across a number of sectors, is that the current skills provision in the North East LEP area requires support in order to meet the evidenced future skills needs and recruitment requirements - in particular in order to achieve 2030 Net Zero targets. These Skills Bootcamps are designed to prepare you for a variety of job roles in business and education.

Our partners are delivering Skills Bootcamps in Business and Education to support new entrants into the sector and provide opportunities for reskilling and upskilling.

  • Business delivered by Mad House Media, Foresight, Gateshead College and Newcastle College (NCG).
  • Education delivered by Education Development Trust, Maersk Training, Gateshead College and City of Sunderland College (EPNE).

Our skills providers and colleges are reporting critical skills shortages and hard to fill vacancies in tutors, trainers, assessors and CIEAG professionals. If you are interested in Business and Education you can gain accredited and non-accredited qualifications at a range of levels.
