The session will cover what employers need to know about personal data – including important considerations for employers and their HR departments including good governance and how to avoid the pitfalls from misuse, mishandling and unlawful data sharing activities.

The session will be led by the Sintons Employment Team, together with Louise Weatherhead – a specialist in data protection matters within the Corporate and Commercial department at Sintons LLP.
