Are you looking for help with planning your digital marketing? This fully-funded event for South Tyneside residents and businesses may be just what you need. (Suitable for those who are planning to start a business as well as those who are already established).

You'll learn the secrets of building your business brand from expert Lee Casey, who has delivered this session to hundreds of North East entrepreneurs to great acclaim. You'll also meet TEDCO Business Advisor Jeff Thompson who'll be on hand to explain the additional support available through the Start Up South Tyneside programme.

In the morning, you'll learn about branding:

• your brand identity, brand strategy and brand voice
• identifying and understanding your target customer

Then you'll be exploring how social media can work for you:

• Which social media platform?
• How to engage with your customers

Tea/coffee/water will be provided and you are invited to bring along a packed lunch and any snacks you fancy.

Businesses accessing this support will be asked to take part in a brief phone-based diagnostic to ensure as much as possible is gleaned from the programme. Regional eligibility criteria apply.
