Back by popular demand! This Neurodiversity Celebration Week, South Tyneside Council are teaming up again with Divergent Consulting to offer local businesses the chance to get some free neurodiversity training to help make the most of the brains in their businesses.
Proud dyslexic, dyspraxic, ADHDer Rosie will talk you through the basics of neurodiversity in business.
This 2 hours workshop will cover:
– What neurodiversity means
– Why businesses should be paying attention
– Some common strengths and struggles
– A bit about legislation (not too much, just enough to understand your basic obligations)
– A fun little activity to simulate the neurodivergent experience
