This Sector Connector workshop will be delivered by Jobs with Purpose - experts in the recruitment of charity sector personnel.  This interactive online session will help you explore new ways to approach and win at recruitment within your organisation.

We will help you to:

• Get your messaging right from the outset to help attract high calibre candidates
• Consider how you can improve your current recruitment practices with new innovative methods
• Keep costs down by maximising resources and your existing networks
• Cultivate a diverse workplace culture that could improve retention

This Sector Connector workshop is being delivered online via Zoom, by David Robinson from Jobs with Purpose.  David has worked in leadership roles in the charity sector for over 20 years across employment support, corporate social responsibility and mental health.  He is also a Director and North East forum chair of ella forums, a national leadership development support organisation for non-profit leaders and trustees.
