A free six-day programme to help grow your own small business.

The programme is funded by The Alnwick Garden Charitable Trust and is geared towards people (18+) who have a craft, hobby or skill that they feel could be developed into their own small business.

The programme runs three times a year and has been operating for over three years with a wide variety of entrepreneurial ideas such as cake decorating, jewellery making, fly fishing tuition, ICT services, gardening and cognitive behavioural therapy.

Sessions will include marketing, market research, finance, business networking, business planning, finding your USP and cash flow.
