Encouraging Women into Franchising (EWIF) are a not-for-profit organisation run entirely by volunteers, providing advice and guidance to women looking for a route into the franchise industry.

Their mission is to educate, inspire and empower women considering or involved in franchising through a network of Ambassadors. Their remit is threefold; to encourage women to consider buying a franchise, to encourage businesswomen to franchise their existing operations and to help franchisors attract more women to their networks.

Services

EWIF Ambassadors offer a range of free services to help women who are considering becoming franchisees; women business owners looking to franchise their business and franchisors that have an under representation of women franchisees in their networks.

Their free services include a 30 minute telephone call where support and advice is offered alongside mentoring from one of our Ambassadors.

Events

Encouraging Women into Franchising (EWIF) run a number of regional and national events covering a broad range of topics relevant to the people working in the franchise sector.

Become a member

Any company, and it’s employees, can become an EWIF Ambassador, male or female, franchisor or service provider to the industry. The thing that binds all EWIF Ambassadors together, is their common desire to give back, as well as to take advantages that being an Ambassador can bring.
